Yep, I got mine thru collagevideo. I really enjoy the workout. Some of the bodyparts I dont feel are worked to exhaustion but it's a decent workout and what I like the most is that it's just so FUN! The music gets me going! I think of my Body Pump tape as a good pick-me-up!

P.S. I just ordered CIA's Powerbar Training which is a similar concept as Body Pump, but I've heard more thorough, but the music isnt as good. It's also available thru collagevideo.

Thank you so much, I appreciate the info! I'm heading over to Collage from here. Stacy, that's why I wanted to try it too. Ever since I heard about it I thought it would be so much fun. Music is so motivating! I also appreciate the info about CIA Powerbar, I may try that too - let us know what you think after you do it. Of course what I really want is Power Hour! I figure it will be fun, but probably more challenging. :-tired
