Cathe, I loved your Body Max 2 program, and something I would like to see you do is a workout called Body Max 3, and have more in it then the other program. 3 things I kindly ask: make it powerful, challenging, but most of all, fun for anyone. Fill the combos with moves so critically intense, the exerciser has to push himself/herself to the limit. Everything powerful w/ a punch please. Those are the kinds of workouts I love. Music is something I love too, so select the best aerobic music possible. Okay, Thanks again.
