Body Max 2

The more I read about Body Max 2 the more I want it. I have the other three new workouts (four including Cardio Fusion). I have been reading a lot of great things about this workout and I really like the segments included in Cardio Fusion, but I am somewhat choreographically challenged so I'm looking for some feedback. How complicated is the choreography in this workout? Thanks.:D

I would rate the choreography in this workout as moderate. It is more athletic choreography; not anything too dancy. She does a lot of around the worlds, some V-steps, arabesques side to side (leg in back of you), knee off the side, bow & arrow, over face-in-over. One combo is insoles side-to-side, reverse hop turn, charleston and knees around the world. She does jump ropes around the world, leg extensions swinging arms from side to side. Combo 1 is V step forward, V-step turn to the back, alternate knees, power scissors, ponies side to side, reverse V, up lunge, push off corner 3x, walk back 3x (on third step do a hop on floor), walk forward 3x and hop on step, over the top, lunge.

HTH.

Marcy gave a great description of the choreography. I found it very easy to learn, and I think it's a lot of fun. I love all of the new workouts (I don't have B&G but think I'll be getting it soon-thanks Carol!) BM2 is excellent, and all of the premixes are great too. I absolutely think it's a must have. I don't think you'll regret it.

Ciddy,
If memory serves me correctly the bonus cardio (all 3 finished combos sandwiched together) and the power circuits (minus the weights) are the sections included on Cardio Fusion. These two segments are prety much the extent of the choreography on BMax2. The good news is, if you can do these segments with no problem then you'll be more than able to conquer them as produced in BMax2.
Quick---whip out the credit card;-)

I also have found that watching it one time through helped me soooo much. I did it with all the new ones. I never previewed my other dvds and it took me longer to learn the choreography!

So, am I the only one who thought I was gonna die on the all cardio premix? The one with the power circuits and blasts all together? I have to drop down to a 4" platform on that one!

The only move I had problems with was the 'skaters' where I always want to exit with the wrong foot. But I found it really helped me to focus by counting out the 8-count on it and paying attention to what foot was where on each count.
