Body For Life (week 3) Check in

:-wow I took the last week off for our family vacation. I lifted today (upper body) and it was tough. I have decided to follow Bill Phillips weight lifting routines from the book for atleat the first 12 weeks.

I do great with the eating, until dinner time. I usually end up eating what I have made the family for dinner. Like tonight for example we had taco salad made with lean ground sirlion, low fat chedder cheese, black beans, lettuce, and a few taco dorritos.

Was that bad of me?

I simpy can not go "just 20 minutes" of aerobics, will probably do segment 1 of Body Max for my cardio tommorow

BTW I have reregistered, some of you might remember me as fitnatalie, I am now fitkansaschick, not only on this forum, but all my fitness forums!
