Has anyone done it? My DH and I, along with my mother, are going to be doing this 40 day plan starting friday I believe! It's basically just VERY clean eating for 40 days. No man-made (ie, processed)food at all. It's organic and lean meats, veggies with NO sugar, grains with no sugar, and breads with no sugar. THe concept is anything that is grown can be eaten, but nothing man-made.
