Body Beast/Piyo rotation

Can someone share their body beast/piyo rotation? I bulked a bit after doing a Beast rotation so hoping the piyo will help lean me out.

OK, but I'm sure others will have more sophisticated ideas.....I just started PiYo when I was in the Bulk phase - I'm following both the BB and Piyo programmes as written. I have had no issues with overlap etc. basically it's just 2 x 30 min workouts per day.
I wish I could give you a greater insight! Let's hope someone else has done something more inspirational!

I'm doing basically the same thing as Justine. I started during the Bulk Phase, I am following both rotations pretty closely (Body Beast closer than PiYo). I do Body Beast and Weider Ruthless in the mornings and PiYo in the afternoons. I can't say I've gotten any amazing visual results, but PiYo has made me much stronger. You'd think I would be saying that about Body Beast, but I am able to do a lot more with my upper body thanks to PiYo's body weight work.

Thank you Belinda
Jen - I agree about PiYo and strength. It was the same for me with Ultimate Yoga. I have some sort of flexibility issue with my shoulders which means I have a really poor bench press and military press (although flyes, lateral raises etc are OK). Yoga / Pilates type stuff seems to help.
Also, if I do PiYo in the morning (I walk my dogs, have breakfast and then do PiYo), I can get much deeper into the BB moves in the afternoon. It works especially well if I do PiYo Lower Body followed by BB legs. It was you who convinced me to buy PiYo, and I'll be forever grateful!

Liz - were you thinking of doubling up, or just doing one workout per day?

I'm just doing the PiYo rotation, and the Beast rotation. PiYo in the morning, and Beast after work. I have today and tomorrow left of Beast. Then moving on. I have enjoyed Beast, and it has given me some nice muscle. I will do another rotation of Beast in the future. I enjoyed the Tempo workouts. Will add those on to other weight workouts. Highly recommend Beast, and PiYo.
