Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training

Just wondering, does anyone incorporate this into the training? I am beginning to read up on it and the theory behind it is quite intriguing. Your thoughts and experiences would be appreciated.

This is too funny timing! I had ordered BFR bands almost a year ago but never used them. Last week I started reading up on it and Friday I incorporated a finisher set of Leg Curls (on the machine) with them. I used super light weight (I thought) and did the prescribed sets of 30, 15, 15, and 15 with 30 seconds rest in between. I definitely felt the pump after I took the bands off but it went away during my stretch yoga session after. Well I must of have mis-calculated the weight I should of started with because 3 days later and my hamstrings are still sore. I am going to try again next Friday and maybe lighten the weight to see if I can still get the pump without the weekend of DOMS.
