Oh boy, more blog pictures!!

I wish people would spend a little more time actually reading the blog. There's so much chatter about ALL the equipment we will need for STS, yet SNM and Cathe have tried their best to reassure us that we won't NEED anything more than usual, except for maybe some heavier weights. Anyway, this latest blog entry reinforces yet again that we can modify for equipment.

ROTFLOL!! I promise not to tell, if you promise not to tell my DH that I don't NEED the weight vest or the pull up doohickey . I want that pull up bar. It'll be great for my Classical Stretch workouts, too!

Each time the blog gets updated, it makes it harder and harder to wait!

I completely agree that Cathe and SNM have been completely clear about how we *won't* need any extra equipment!
