Blog: Premix suggestions?

Check out the blog everybody! They want to hear premix suggestions for Butts and Gutts and Body Max 2. Are we lucky or what?! I need a little bit of time to come up with something, but I'm sure A-jock will have great suggestions. Where are you A-jock?!!!!! I know we are very creative in the forums, so what are we suggesting?

Rose, check out the videos section. There are threads for premixes for each of the videos. There have been lots of suggestions!! I think it's great that she's asking!!
