Black padded bras

Hi Cathe,

I was doing one of your newer videos and noticed that all of you seem to wear a black bra underneath your tops. I have 3 children and breastfeed all of them and have no boobs left. Are those padded bras? Do you have the brand name? I notice that more and more fitness tops come with inserts (i.e. Lululemon) but for my older tops a slightly padded sports bra would be a great option.

Hi Lora Kate! When it comes to filming all bra fashion goes out the window ;-)

The mic pack has to be moved from hips, to low back, to bra level on back etc. It has to be taped, pinned, and somewhat disguised many times. With all of this maneuvering I have found that black bras work best. They always seem to blend in and match the black tape that covers mic wires.

I have no idea what brand bra I wear. All I know is I rummage through a pile of them looking for one that is still dry for the next work out
