Has anyone bought these? My daughter is interested in them and she would probably be an beginner/intermediate as far as level. She asked if I would get your opinion on them as far as FUN, effective and so forth. Thanks in advance!

Hi DebbieH, I have the bootcamp deluxe. I like it. My favorites are the ultimate and live.I don't like live is only 30 minutes. They are focus in toning training using the resistance bands. In cardio I prefer the advanced live and the get ripped. My favorite TAEBO workout is the basic live nº 7 .The songs in this tape are: Celebrate, Joy, Now That We found Love, & Stomp. The soundtrack that has been put together for this tape, rocks!!!!. I am always happy when I finish it. Hope this helps.I would like to have a better english to help you more.

Thank you Mariangeles! Your English is wonderful! You do an awesome job answering questions! THANK YOU and I will pass this info to my daughter. We appreciate your help. I came back to correct my English spelling!

My 12 year old loves the Cardio Live (the 30 minute one) but I do have to agree that it's too short.

BootCamp Basic is a tough workout - a lot of band work - and frustrates a lot of people when they first start. But, if she's an advanced beginner/intermediate, she should be fine.

Ultimate is fun. I use it sometimes when I don't have the energy to do something like Circuit Max. LOL. It's more of a mix of Cardio and band work.

The abs program is interesting as it's 1/2 standing work and 1/2 floor work. I'm still not convinced that the constant twisting really narrows my waist. I've seem more inches go from basic floor work with weights and planks then from twisting, but it's fun.

I think it's a good program, especially for someone who is not really into weight training, but wants some resistance training, and needs a less intense cardio than Cathe or the Advanced series from Tae Bo offers. (Although - I do agree with Mariángeles that the Advanced Live and Get Ripped series are some of his most fun tapes).

Thank you Christine! I have one some of the Advanced Live and one of the Get Ripped. Maybe, I'll just give her for those for now. Thank you!
