Biggest Loser

I watched the navy vs. marine Biggest Loser special edition finale last night. I really wish they'd go back to the show the way it was, I'm getting burned out on the "special editions". BUT, I still get so motivated watching them, I am just in tears of joy for these women when they see how much they lost. It's a huge motivator.

I missed all but the last 10 minutes.
I was impressed. The heavier one that lost like 66 lbs looked amazing.
Her face was totally changed.
I think the 3 months on the ranch shows are better too. They loose much more and have trainers daily.
I still like the show though.
