Did this one over the weekend with my son - and I give it 2 thumbs up! I'm used to very intense workouts, and do 2 bootcamp classes every week at the gym (very advanced level), and I was very pleased with this DVD. There are 3 sections, and I was able to do 2 for a total time of about 40 minutes. I'm going to get 2 of the other BL workouts, too. This was a pleasant surprise! We did it on Saturday, and I'm still sore today - Monday.
