Bicep Pain

Cathe, After doing total body sculpt on Sunday I have developed pain in my rt. bicep, I have tried to stretch it out but it's just not helping, then I did the same exercise routine today. Do I need to not work it for a few days or continue stretching and lifting. I do low impact tomarrow and total body stretching and abs Thursday before I do any wt. training again. Do you think it will repair by then?

Regarding working out....It depends on if the pain you are experiencing is muscle soreness or sharp shooting pain. Muscle soreness is common and will go away in a few days (in which you can do workouts that don't involve that/those muscle group(s) in the meantime). Sharp shooting pain should be iced and rested until the pain subsides (and if it doesn't you should have it checked out). Then ease back into your program with stretching and lighter weight until you feel back to normal.

Thanks for answering the pain is much better today. I should be able to do body fusion tomarrow without pain.
