BFL Wed 4/16

Hi girls,

Just a quick check in! Still NO workout! I am so sick of cleaning and tossing, that is all I have been doing since Saturday! I am throwing so much crap out; thank goodness my DH is not stopping me. LOL! I just did it 10 month ago, what happened? Everything I haven’t used in a year or so is going! No more maybe I can use it later!

Off to more cleaning! Awww…..

Michelle – I think they all looked great! Did you see Amanda, she made a huge change! I bet Paul just didn’t want to show up. He seemed to have a hard time on his own. Just my thoughts, who knows.....;)

Melissa & Carolyn – Neill has to be my all time most dis-liked Biggest Loser player, lol! That stunt with the water was THE lowest!

Heidi – I bet your area will be nice after a re-arranging! I hear you on the no-toss thing until you get approval. DH swears I toss stuff he “needs” all the time!

Stephanie – Thanks! A co-worker came and told me about that program and I looked on PBS for it but must have missed this re-showing. I’m going to the website this weekend and watching!

Gayle – Yay! I pre-ordered Tracy’s Core Blast too! I’m still on the fence about the hi/lo med ball workout. I’m going to pre-order Mindy Mylrea’s med ball wkout first and then wait for more pics and a description on Tracy’s before I make a decision. Did you pre-order the whole Tracy set of 5? I thought about the Circuit one but after seeing the description changed my mind. I may have to pick it up on the swaps if it gets good reviews.

Kathy-I pre-ordered Tracey's Core Blast, hi/lo Med Ball and Strike Zone. I've heard Tracey is AWESOME at ab work, so we'll see!

The weather is GORGEOUS here today too! Absolutely GORGEOUS! And tomorrow's supposed to be in the 70s! My friend's DH and I agreed to go for an hour-long walk tomorrow. Doesn't hurt to have company every now and then, right?

Kathy, I will be watching it over the weekend too! Glad you enjoyed the ab workout! Not hard, just NON-STOP!

Belinda, spring cleaning for your workout today? Doesn't it feel liberating tossing everything out that hasn't been used in awhile? Less you have to dust/vacuum around!
 
What a difference a workout makes!!!!! Even if you wait until 8:30 to do it.:eek:

I was seriously procrastinating tonight. Then I decided to go on the BFL website to get some inspiration and IT WORKED!!! Some of the transformations are just amazing. So I headed downtown (aka: the basement) and did PUB pyramid up only premix. This workout just kicks my biceps!! I was going to say "butt", but biceps makes more sense :p Is it just me or does that bicep section seem to last forever?! And I only did 3 sets...

Hi girls,

I forgot to check in with my workout! I did BFL style legs on the Bowflex. I don't have the manual for the Bowflex anymore (not sure what the kids did with it!), I finally found one on line! It helps to know what I am doing! I couldn't figure out how do do a squat on the Bowflex! LOL! I have been doing it wrong! Oh, well!

Melissa** I agree the biceps in PUB is a killer workout!
