Hello and Good Morning to you all,

I am missing my time on the computer with you all!!!:-( DH is home for the next 5 days and it is making it hard to get on-line AND get in my workouts!!!

My last workout was tues with that PW. Yesterday was shopping for house stuff, clothes for the boys and groceries.

Today will be working in the yard and having kids stay over night. We have our town 4th of July parade and fireworks so it will be a busy day for me.

Sherry, Amelia, Belinda, Carolyn and Michelle you are doing awesome keeing up with your workouts and clean eating!!! :7 Great Job all of you!!!

Hello to all that I missed! Gayle and Melissa I haven't seen you on-line lately....I hope that you both are well.

Hi Kathy....I know that you are taking this week off. I hope that you are staying away from the poison ivy!!!

Heidi-isn't it hard when DH is home to get anything done? I love working in the yard! Thanks for the support i really apreciate it! Hugs. My eating hasn't been 100% though,i always struggle with it:-( my workouts are great but not my eating,mainly stress i think:-(!

Today is PUB,going to try and go heavier too! I will bbl to report my day!
 
Good morning Heidi, Amelia and all who follow!

Cardio today - waiting for the clouds to clear before I go for a run.

I ate fairly clean yesterday - very little cake for breakfast, no popcorn at the movies, but then . . . Cold Stone had a poster of Ghirardelli Chocolate fantasy in the front window (Ghirardelli chocolate ice cream with caramel filled chocolate and chocolate chips)! I was goner! At least I only ate the smallest size. So I didn't partake in the pizza later and I desperately need to work off some serious calories today.

Heidi - I do hope you get in a workout today, more than just working in the yard.

Amelia - Push hard on PUB. I've opted for the GS's this week as a change.

Toast is done - need some food in me before I run.

Hey ladies -

Catching up on a few days of posts. Wow, summer is a tough one, isn't it?? I find the lack of a schedule terribly difficult. Almost the entire month of July we will either be out of town -- or have visitors at our house -- so I won't be able to post too much. Basically my plan is to not go overboard on the eating and to get in the workouts when I can.

I'm glad I can be honest with myself -- and not beat myself up over knowing July isn't going to be the perfect month for BFL. I have to say though, the small changes that I've made have really made a huge difference. For instance, not even thinking about it and we had grilled chicken and corn last night - pretty healthy. It's a new lifestyle -- and I love it.

I really want to do a 100%, full blown, BFL challenge someday soon. 12 weeks with 6 workouts a day/no cheats/really buckle down. I think, for me, it is going to have to be a Back-to-school BFL challenge in August when the kids go back to school.

Anyway, for now - I'm thrilled -- the BFL challenge in January got my year kicked off to a great start. It taught me how great I feel after working out, introduced me to "Coach Sean", taught me how to enjoy the healthy foods, and of course introduced me to all of you wonderful ladies. I weighed myself this morning - which I haven't done in awhile -- (I started the year at 116-118) and here at the 1/2 way point of the year I weighed in at 109. Pretty good. (Don't forget ladies, I'm very short 5'2").

So for July I'm on cruise-control (now, I didn't say coasting! I don't want to gain any weight this month) but I also know my schedule is going to be so out of control - that I'm going to do the best that I can.

I'll post when I can this month. But I'll for sure be ready and up for the Back to School BFL challenge! :)

Not much happening right now. Just working around the house.

Amelia and Belinda: I hope that you had fun on PUB! Amelia did you go heavier?

Sherry: How was your run? You just had to go and mention that Chocolate Fantasy! It sounds so yummy right now. Ok…I better go out and dig some ditches to get it off my mind.;)

Michelle: I am with you one hundred percent! We are having the same problem here with the kids. They stay up late and sleep late. I guess I am just going with the flow. Summer is the hardest time to really focus on anything other than having a great time with family and friends. You are doing great and WOW 109! Great job!!!

I haven’t been weighing myself regularly and now that you mentioned it…. I am 5’.5” tall and now weigh 134. I started off this program at around 143 and I guess it is working out pretty well so far. I am with you come August with the next challenge.

Belinda: I will have to check out that website. Thank you for the information.

Well...off to more work and picking up kids for a sleepover later.

done with my workout,finally:+...for a few days now im just ready to get them over with!

Heidi-i think i was talking smack this morning,lol,i didn't go heavier on anything.

Belinda-how was PUB...i followed Brenda agian during the abb routine!

Hi girls,

I am done with PUB workout, but still have to do my abs! I have to wait until DS is out of the living room! I usually workout in my living.Today I worked out in my computer room, the Bowflex is down (if it's up I have room to move I can hardly move with that thing in my way!
