What's your weekend plan? Weekend GOALS?
For me, I started the weekend this morning with a great workout. Leaner Legs. I have to say that I am SOOOOOO eager for STS because I need some new leg workouts. I know, I know, I should break out the 4DS, but I just can't get myself psyched up about it. SO BRING ON STS!
Today I'm cleaning my friend's house while older DS goes to baseball camp and younger DS to the Rec Program. Then we have a baseball tournament tonight. TOmorrow, more of that tournament along with a basketball game. Sunday is one basketball game. MORE baseball Saturday and Sunday IF we do well in our game tonight and tomorrow morning. SHEESH! When do I ever sit still? lol
As for workouts, I really want to get in a 45 minute run TONIGHT after baseball on the TM. We'll see if that happens...it depends on what time the game is over. Tomorrow will be either cardio (if I didn't get a run in tonight) or upper body (if I did)!
