This morning was PUB and it ROCKED! Now I'm ready for the day...which will be pretty quiet. School/work, then on my walk home I'm stopping for my flu shot that they give staff for free, then DS has basketball tonight. That's it!

I was thinking of doing PUB this afternoon too! Great job!

I am doing laundry max right now. I am headed out to meet with my aunts for the morning. I made Applesauce/pumpkin bread yesterday which I will be bringing a loaf to them for breakfast.

Things have been pretty hectic here. WHAT ELSE IS NEW! Anyway...I hope that everyone has a great workout and day.

Oh...last night I did get in a workout FINALLY! iCycle #1 40min 9.25miles and 12%hill climb. Nice!

Hey ladies!
Just a quick check in to say I'm here and alive, lol. I ran 6 miles on Monday, did Leaner Legs yesterday, and ran 5 miles this morning. My plan is a BFL upper body wkout tomorrow and a short 2 mile run on Friday.

DH and I head up to DC on Saturday for the MCM marathon on Sunday. I'm way excited! Give me mental nudge on Sunday morning if I don't check in before then okay? I'm sure I'll need it on the hills, lol.
