BFL for Wed Mar 12th 2008

Hi Just a quick check-in,

PUB, coremax 1 and iTread #21 done.

First meeting out of the way. I have another one at 5PM so that doesn't leave too much time for personals.

I also have to get DS off to work in 1/2 hr. Is it time for bed yet!? :p

My upper body with be feeling this workout tomorrow! I went up in my weights to 12,15 and 17's for chest/back, bi's were at 10,12 and 15's. I kept the shoulder work about the same for the flyes,side/front raises. For tri's overhead press I went to 12,15 and 17#s.
All ready feeling DOMS }(
My run was a little labored by the top quads/hip flexors from a workout on Monday. iTread 19 Tread N Tush is a must try for all you iTread fans. I am sore from the mountain climbers! They got me good.

Kathy: Good luck with your race schedule! It is a busy one. If it were me...I would go for the lower mileage Tri that way you aren't burned out for your next big race.:)

Melissa: Are you trying to tempt me?:9

Carolyn: I hope they resolve that water problem soon! You must have gallons of bottled water on hand just so you can make a cup of tea/coffee. When water was being put in here it was very aggravating because you automatically go to the tap and turn it on just to get nothing coming out. It's an OhhhhYa effect.

Stephanie: I feel for you!:( Even though I see my oldest at least once a week I still miss him being here. Enjoy your time with your son.

Time to go! BBL Heidi

Hi girls,

Carolyn** great job on B & G yesterday! Awesome job on S & H today ! Aww, no water to shower!

Rhonda** sorry, your work is stressing you out! I hope you will enjoy your PUB tonight! Sending you happy vibes!

Kathy** super job on increasing your weights, plus run and abs workout! WOW! With my new BB, I really can go up in weight! Finally! I love the BB! My DH is also impressed with my weight lifting!

Melissa** I was a little afraid to go heavier today, put so far I feel fine! Do you have a weight lifting book at home? I used most of the exercises from “The Men’s Health Home Workout Bible”, the have over 400 exercises in the book (with pictures).
Glad you had fun last night and enjoyed dessert! I had 2 pieces of German chocolate today! Life is sort! Mmm, the dessert does sound good!

Stephanie** nice job keeping up with your workouts! Sorry, your son is leaving Saturday! It is hard to let go, I know! I miss my kids like crazy! Good luck with your race! Oh, I hope we will have sun shine tomorrow! The weather here is depressing!

Heidi** fantastic job on PUB, coremax 1 and iTread #21!

Have a great day!
Belinda

Melissa-my feet are usually about that wide, but next time I’ll put them a bit further apart. There are SO many ways to do deadlifts! (shhhhhhhhhhhh…..that dessert sounds DEVINE!)

Heidi-great job on those UB weights! LOVE THE DOMS!!!! Hey….iTread N Tush…I’m thinking about doing that one early next week!!!

Belinda-German Chocolate, hugh? That sounds good too! LOL (I’ve got a massive sweet tooth.)

Kathy-I agree….you need a second job for all these races. I have to agree, with you, that you should go for the short duatholon so that you don’t pay the price during the full marathon!

Stephanie-glad you’ve been enjoying your time with DS and his GF! Enjoy the rest of their visit! And great job getting in all your workouts!

Happy to report DOMS setting in in the bootay area! We’re headed out shortly for basketball practice! We’ll find out this weekend if our team made it to the play-offs!

Here are today’s meals:
M1: 4 egg whites, slice W/W toast
M2: Roast Beef wrap, cauliflower poppers
M3: 4 small protein pancakes
M4: Roast beef wrap (last one, need to re-stock), steamed carrots
M5: 4 oz. cod, Orzo with steamed carrots, cauliflower poppers
M6: (tonight) apple, string cheese
