Morning!
Belinda – Ugh, I hate sleepless nights! I’m a very deep, sound sleeper so even DH gets worried if I’m restless, lol. I hope you have a better night tonight!
Sherry – I’m with everyone else….challenge him, lol. I think we all go through the “fading” part so maybe a little push will get him moving along again.
Heidi – I’m feeling that wiped feeling right now, too. It started after I finished my workout but is still here even after breakfast. Today is the last day of meds and I’m so glad. It’s really wreaked havoc on my system (it and the poison ivy…my immune system is working overtime).
Gayle – SUPER workout! Yay! I’m thinking a good heavy BFL leg workout is in order next week, too. Enjoy the afternoon at the park, I wish I was outside today instead of stuck inside.
Carolyn – How are you feeling today? Any news from the doctor yet? I received your PM about the hotel, thanks! My plan is to stop at the hotel on the way to the Friday step class, so hopefully I can pick up the key then and drop off my bags.
Well, I went out and did some “retail therapy” yesterday. I found some cute tops for the RT at Ross and feel better. I’m feeling bloated and icky plus the red welts all over my body are disheartening. I decided to just suck it up and go, lol. I think the steroids the doctor prescribed are having a weird effect on my body. My bodyfat has gone up 3% since I’ve started taking them 6 days ago. How strange is that? The doctor said the way it worked was it would suppress my body’s reaction to the poison ivy. I think they use this type of medication for transplant patients to keep their body from rejecting the new organ (although I’m sure their dosage is much higher).
Ugh, oh well. It is what it is and I can only work with it, right?
