Steph: My thoughts are with you and your family. I am so sorry to hear about your Curley Sue passing away. I would have been the same this morning. When my cat disappeared back around Christmas last year I couldn't sleep for weeks because I kept hearing her meow outside the house. I would keep jumping up to see if she was there waiting to be let in. Gosh....now I am all teary eyed....sorry.

It is really sad to loose a pet of any kind. I hope that your other dog doesn't go into depression. This can happen sometimes. You have a good idea in keeping him close to the family at this time.

My appointment was for my annual physical. I still have to get my bloodwork etc done. They should have told me to fast before the appointment so I could this down early this morning! Now I have to go back again.
Hello Belinda: Yup! 29 Push-ups with a 30sec break between sets. The challenge is to see how you rank on their scale and then use the chart for a 3 day workout week. The goal is to be able to do 100 by the end of the challenge! Have you checked it out?
I tested myself yesterday and did 14 (on my toes!) so I was a level 3 on their scale. I am following the 2nd column to start because I know that I can do this for sure.
Now that I am looking at the exercise schedule....I did all the levels today!!! OOPS! I was only suppose to do Level 3: 5 push-ups total I guess. DOH! I did them all in sets. I am going to have to go back and read the instructions better to see what I am really suppose to be following and how many of the levels to do. I got a little confused when it says to rest 60 seconds between each level. Oh Well at least I found out that I am stronger than I give myself credit for right?

I just checked out the instructions and I did do them correctly...phew! I guess I am not that far off.

I guess my energy this morning was from hoping that the doctors scale would be less!

Guess it worked! My scale has me at 136.5 and theirs I am only 133! Yeah!!! Now I don't know which is truly correct. Have any of you had a similar problem with your house scale versus the doctors office?
