Today I will do 30 min. cardio :eek: First I will take my dogs for a walk! I will be back for personals after my workout!

Enjoy your walk with your dogs. Total Body stretching done here. Hamstrings are responding nicely.

Now off and running to start the day. Hope everyone has a good one (and Belinda and Amelia are both feeling better!)

It's Tuesday. I just can't believe how quickly time is flying! And we've been taking our time and spending more time at home instead of running around like everybody else, in 10 different directions. How do you make it slow down?????

OK....This morning's workout was an oldie but GOODIE! I pulled out Step Fit...the one with the Flying Angels. These old, all-step workouts are what got me HOOKED on Cathe. I just LOVE them. So I've decided to use them over the next few weeks (or until my attention span for THAT runs out too! LOL). Here's what I have planned for the rest of this week for workouts:

Wed: PUB
Th: cardio, I'm thinking Mega Step Blast (another oldie)
Fri: PLB or GS Legs
Sat: Cardio Kicks

I took the kids to play racquetball last night, but we were disappointed that the courts were all taken. We got a good idea now when it's busy and when it's not, so hopefully we can get more court time. They LOVE playing!

OK....have some stuff to do before work/school!

Gayle: I like your schedule. I am going with the flow...just too much to do these days.
I hope that your boys will be able to get in a nice round of racquetball soon.

Belinda: Hope you are feeling better. Sorry that your DD had such a horrible trip home.
Trips in general are just awful with all the flight changes and delays. Did you get in a cardio workout today? I am sure you needed the rest with your cold if you didn't.

Amelia: Great job planning out your meals! This always helps! Hope that you are feeling better today too.

Sherry: How did your race go? :) Sorry I missed routing you on. :(
