Sorry, I didn't had time to responds to personals! My sister in Colorado had a small stroke; my sisters here in Germany are worried about my other sister in the states! Ursula blood pressure is very high for the last few months, she went to the doctor to get a head scan and they told her she had small stroke. She is not in the hospital, she is at home. I am so worried about Ursula! Yesterday I did BFL UB, I didn't worked my biceps because I was to tired! Today I will do cardio![/FONT]

Which cardio are you doing today?

I am thinking Imax 2 and core work for today. My legs are a little sore from yesterdays workout PH. Not too bad however.

Steph: I received the bands yesterday!!! I will try them out soon! :)

Today will be a start of a fresh new day! I went over about 250 calories yesterday so im determined to stay below my calorie intake today! My scale is still showing a three lb increase but im not buying it....don't care...

Im doing a dogwalk, a run on the Treadmil...not sure how long yet? Then I will do UB on MM!

My POSITIVE thought for today....~The scale doesn't get to determine my success, I DO~

Just arrived at work and am sneaking this in before everyone gets here! I did itread #19, sprints this morning. Great workout! I think I hear someone coming! :eek:

Total..hour and 42mins...whoohoo

I have decided to take a rest day. Just tired!!!

Steph: Nice job on your iTread this morning! I should use the bands to stretch out at least. I am going to look at Cathe's stretch DVD to see if she uses a band in that.

Heidi - enjoy your rest day! I think Cathe uses a band in one of the Stretch Max segments. I think it's #2.

Amelia - great workout girl!! BTW, I think your scale is lying...;)

Stephanie - Did anyone catch you posting?!?! :p I'm not going to bore you with my eats today. It's pretty much the same as yesterday!!

Day #2 completely clean....CHECK!!:D Last night was particularly hard. DH was out playing pool and DD was in bed. Fresh cc cookies on the counter as well as a strawberry cake w/vanilla icing...:eek: I didn't touch 'em though! I really, really, REALLY wanted to, but I didn't. I ended up watching Dr. 90210 instead.

Tonight is UB, BFL-style. Have a great rest of the day!!
