I downloaded my free iTreads! Ya! I ended up getting #6 20min,#19 Sprints 30min and #25 Top40 40min.

I look forward to trying these out soon. Maybe #6 tonight because I went outside to pick up DS from 1/2 day at school and almost got blown down. It is really windy!

If I use #6 I can program the treadmill at the same time for DH. He doesn't want to run more than 30min. He hasn't tried out the other ones I programmed because they are 40min long. Mmmm what should I saye to that...;-)

I still have 2 credits left, so I'm hoping that April's new ones are GOOD!

Im posting and running agian!! LOL!:+ I finished my powerwalk for 60minites and dang my legs were aching x(.

Michelle,Becoming Jane was a great movie...it got better as the movie went along,the first 10 or 15minutes were slow though! I may have to buy it:)

Kathy-I too use a caliper,as a matter of fact I will be doing it soon...on the 7th of every month! Wish me luck;-)

hey ladies...you have all been chatty today! I got my workout done. PUB and 30 walk. I am about to get a few Itreads..Belinda and Gayle made me :). I usually walk outside, but the treadmill is quite handy.
I have been studying for a bone/muscle practical I have tomorrow and doing some laundry..whoohooo!!!
Eating has been great for these 2 days. Tonight Im making my dh's favorite gumbo..yum. I am also going to make 3 batches of protein pancakes to have them on hand.
Thats about all the excitment I have for now. BBL
 
Hi everyone! I finally made it...whew!!! Busy, busy day at work today with no time to post..:-( .

Belinda - you must be so excited about your trip this weekend!

Amelia - the bread comes out more dense than fluffy. The first time I made it I didn't beat the eggs enough. They were no where near fluffy so I thought it would come out different the second time around but it came out exactly the same. For a protein, I usually have some scrambled eggs (1 whole, 3 whites) or a T of natural pb.

Oh, I did All Step last night. It was my first Cathe video. I forgot how much I love that one. I had so much fun and it really gave me a good workout.

Meals haven't been all that great so far. I wasn't able to really take the time to eat what I would normally eat. Dinner (M#4) should make up for it.

M#1: banana applesauce bread w/1T natural pb
M#2: small banana & 1 string cheese
M#3: 2 slices w/w bread w/ 1T natural pb
M#4: grilled chicken, 1/2 c brown rice & veggies
M#5: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1T chopped walnuts, 1/2 c 1% milk

I won't be able to squeeze in M#6. My day has been all out of whack!

I'm either doing PUB tonight or BFL UB. Haven't decided yet.

I have to skadoodle out of here so I'll catch up with everyone later.

Amelia, aren't you the MLB fan? How did the Braves fare last night? Never mind...I googled and see they lost 11-12, DRAT! I see they are playing PIT at 7:10pm tomorrow. Go Braves! I am a huge NFL fan and haven't been a fan of baseball for some time but I will root for the Braves for you!

I just got through making dinner. Pork Loin with Orange,honey and mustard sauce. Spinach and mashed potato. The family liked this one so another to add to my list. ;-)
