as for me,no workout...im off to my sisters here in a bit. I will workout tommorrow and the weekend and that will make four days of workouts this week!

Hey to everybody, sorry i was MIA yesterday...work was a PITA:confused: everytime i come home from a fulls days work at that place I have a huge headache. Im starting to understand why theres a high turnaround of employee's at that place....theres not enough employee's and there's too many patients:confused: I was told yesterday that I would probably be by myself a week from this saturday:confused: THATS kinda scary:eek: So far i have been training with a lady and ive had her right beside me incase i would make a boo-boo. But then agian, saturdays are only for four hours,and there not as busy on saturdays like during the week.

Ive also heard through the grape-vine that there taking there time with me and training me alot longer than they would normally do....I just couldn't imagine being thrown in the front(very busy doctors front office) after like two days of training...no wonder alot of them walked out:eek:

Hi ladies! We are kind of fizzling out here these past couple of days. I hope everyone is OK.

I did BC from the Intensity Series last night. It was fun, but can't say as I felt totally worked at the end so I tacked on UB one set per body part. Still didn't feel totally worked, but ran out of time...:(

HIIT tonight and I'm definetly getting back on that bike. And I miss Sean O'Malley's voice....so dreamy!!! :eek:

Sorry, just kind of laying low lately. Lots of work stuff happening that’s kept me pretty busy plus I had a two part test and an essay due on Tues & Wed for my classes. I’m officially in taper mode until the marathon in a week and a half so it feels good to have the “training” pressure off. I just have to stay healthy and rest up and I’m good to go. I printed out my registration confirmation sheet yesterday to pick up my race packet on 10/25. I’m getting excited!

Gotta run, I’ll try to do personals tomorrow. Oh, I did a 3.5 mile run on Tues and a BFL heavy lower body workout yesterday. Today was a rest day (stayed up late watching the debate and pundit regurgitation, lol).

Belinda: How was your shopping trip yesterday? Has your DD left for Texas yet? I hope you enjoyed your time with her. :) How was your cardio workout?

Amelia: Wow...you were thrown a curve ball I think with this office job! Good luck on the days you will be there alone! Hopefully you will have someone you can call in case you get overwhelmed. ;) Have a nice day with your sister.

Steph: How was your workout yesterday? I got in a little painting before DH called in a panic for something he needed for a photo display shoot. I had to drop everything and bring it to him. I never did get in my workout!!!

Melissa: Which Sean workout are you doing? Maybe I could join you this evening. ;)

Kathy: You deserve a break! You have worked hard to get to where you are right now! Enjoy your rest time before the marathon! :) I will be cheering for you!!!
I stayed up and watched the debate as well. I am spacey today!
