No workout today but the rotation for June starts on a Monday so I will do this tomorrow.
Melissa: I would be hiding too! I have to stain the outside of the house and I am not looking forward to this for the reason this is three story house!!! I need a cherry picker for this job.
Hi Stephanie: The only suggestion I have for the CC is to wear a heart rate monitor to get an idea of how hard you are working during the increase in either hills or speed. I sort of made a chart for my heart rate zones:
Orange: 151.2-160.6 80-85%
Green: 132.3-141.7 70-75%
Blue: 103.9-122.8 55-65%
Our cookout was yummy! We had Steak tips, potato salad, greek rotini salad, fresh greens, baby back ribs and sweet Italian sausages. Oh and of course watermelon and low-fat banana cream pie for desert.
I didn’t eat the fatty meats though so I guess overall I ate pretty good.
Hi Sherry: It sounds like your weekend is just as busy as mine! My DH does support my clean-eating habits so this is good. He tries some of my new recipes and a lot of them he has liked so far. So this is even better because he can join me in having the same foods instead of my making several different dinners at night.
