Belinda-go to usercp...click on edit signature....scroll down to signature picture....copy and paste the URL code in option one and click save...then click on 'insert signature picture.....there will be something similar to this...

Well,Im kinda sad this morning:( Dh and i sat down last night and figured up our bills and it seems as though we have more than money,LOL! so,for some quick cash(atleast until his first paycheck rolls in...remember he started a new job last week;)) i have to sell some of my Cathe workouts:( I almost cried when i listed them last night:( But i know i can buy them agian,so now big deal.... right?:(:mad: Im selling LM,MM(just got that one:()GS series, HST,HSC and pyramid(sigh) I need some hugs...WAAAA,WAAA!

We are both stubborn and refuse to ask our parents for handouts!


Todays gonna be a run interval and a dogwalk...the dogwalk will have to wait until DH gets home this afternoon!

I just logged on and checked out the push-up challenge. I took my test and am going to start this challenge tomorrow.

Today is a 45min steady state run....don't have my cycle yet. ;)

Hi Steph: Thank you for such a great recipe! I made the chicken last night and the family all liked it! :) I made roll-ups with veggies, taco sauce and cheese. Have left overs for lunch too!
Have a great workout this afternoon! I noticed that this weeks workouts for the september rotation does not have much upperbody work listed. Might have to add something in.

Hello Amelia: Ohhhhh...so sorry to hear that you are selling some of your DVD's. But with everything going up,up,up in price we may all be in the same boat! Now they are saying that winter clothing will be more expensive because of the fuel prices????? We are all getting kicked in the rear from all sides!!!!
I hope that you can get in a really hard PW to burn off some of that stress. Hugs to you!

I am really thinking seriously of canceling my order with Cathe. It has been a long wait so far and I don't see it coming in the next few months. Where are all of you on this one? Still in or not?

anybody want a dog? Seriously...im outside with him for 45frickin minutes waiting on him to go potty and as soon as i bring him inside....he pee's in the floor:eek:....urrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr:mad:

Maybe he is not feeling well......?

Belinda – Wow, I’ll have to check that premix out! Great job on doing them twice, yikes!

Steph – Enjoy your CTX upper body this afternoon. I have your chicken recipe in the crockpot at home for dinner….just gotta pick up some more tortillas on the way home. YUM!

Amelia – Awww, sorry about the DVDs. Hopefully you can pick them up again soon! Darn dog, mine is unpredicatable at times too. I hope your day gets better!

Heidi – Great run!!! Are you doing the September Cathe rotation? I’ll have to go check it out.

Today I tried out the new iTrain – iTread Tag Team workout. It’s a four part MP3 workout that has you run on the treadmill for 15 minutes, get on the elliptical for 15 minutes, ride a stationary bike for 15 minutes, and finally do another 15 minute segment of running on the treadmill. Fun, fun stuff…Grace leads the treadmill, Keith leads the elliptical, and Buddy leads the bike segments. The banter is amusing and light (even funny in some parts). I was sweating buckets doing this workout for some reason, there was this huge puddle under my elliptical and bike when I was finished, lol. I really, really enjoyed this one two thumbs up!

Hey Heidi, the dog is around three months old and im on potty patrol with him...ive been teaching him since he was around 6wks old...maybe its his bread..are chihuahua's suppose to be the *ahem*least intelligent of the species:rolleyes:

workout done....well the first one! Run interval...later,hopefully I will walk the dog for thirty minutes!

Hi Kathy: Nice job with the iTread! Which number is that one? I don't have an elliptical...can I just run instead during that segment?
I am following the Sept rotation as best I can. Tomorrow I am planning on Leaner Legs. This will be done after my doctors appointment.

Hello Amelia: Did you get in another workout? Don't worry...your dog will learn soon enough. He sounds cute.

Hi Belinda: I have been debating this from the get-go. One...it is very expensive and two I feel like I am not up there and ready with my weights or fitness level. It looks like it will be tough on my bod! I can forget about high jumps and that sort of stuff for sure!
Cement flooring is really crappy for that sort of thing....still need that trampoline. ;)
I am glad that you are still in however. I just hope in the meantime I can get my workouts in a little more often so I feel ready for the next BIG level.
