Good morning girls,


I am getting us started! I will take a rest day today and maybe tomorrow! My UB and LB is so sore!

Amelia** glad you had fun with C&W! That is a fun workout! I can’t find the website you posted a while back, for calculating your calories!

Heidi** hope you enjoyed your rest day yesterday? How are your legs today? Have fun shopping at Home depot!today Enjoy Body Max today! I had a glass of wine almost every other day, I need to get back with my healthy eating!



Off to get moving! I haven't packed my suitcase yet:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Hey Belinda: Welcome to DOM central.... ;) My legs are still a little sore but my chest on the other hand could use a great stretching routine. Between all the pushups and going up 5#'s in my weights really got me good! I am having my coffee and trying to get moving but it is slow going so far.

Morning everyone!
I'm so sorry I've been MIA lately. I started my two online courses this week and on top of that my job has been extremely busy too (all this on top of taking care of a family and training for the marathons). Anyway, I'm all caught up on school work and training so it's all good.

I ran 18 miles this morning so now I only have two long runs left. I'm going to space them out a bit by alternating a shorter week in between to give my body some time to recoup. Wow, I only have a month before I start tapering already....time flies.

Belinda - Enjoy your rest day! I must have missed it, are you traveling again? :)

Heidi - Oh no, I hope the DOMS gets better! Great job on increasing your weights, woohoo! :)

Kathy: Nice job on your run this morning! I don't know how you do it!
What courses are you taking on-line?
A couple years ago I was taking coding courses for the hospital and some medical/pharm classes as well. I tend to get into too many interesting things at the sametime. My main focus these days is my on-line business. We are about to go retail soon!
I wish you the best with your courses! I found it very difficult to study with the contractors stomping and banging around the house during construction.
Oh...good news...my bike is on its way soon! I can't wait!!!

Hello Amelia: Let's look forward to a great week of adding in some tough weight workouts for those extra DOMS eh? :) Of course....this depends on how your back is doing! How have things been?

Glad to hear that your back is better. How about Circuit Max for Monday? Oh...I just noticed that it had some kickboxing circuits. How do you feel about that?
It looks interesting and hits all the important things like burning body fat and increasing lean muscle. ;)
