I had a busy day yesterday!



Stephanie** The reason I ask for a music store, I am looking for a music DVD from ZUCCHERO (he is form Italy!) Zu & Co. Live at the Royal Albert Hall London, 6 th May 2004! My sister has the DVD, I love that DVD! Zucchero is very famous in Europe! I love his voice, he sounds like the Italian Joe Cocker! You can go to you tube and look for him!

Heidi** my DH is looking for a new bike! We looked in Amberg and Weiden! We found bikes he likes but they cost over $ 1000! I don’t think we will find any cheaper! I am doing BFL rotation; make up my workout very day! Are you doing Cathe’s Sep. rotation? Your color for your bedroom sounds nice!

Heidi, I too like bold colors, DH likes white! BORING! I will do MM today also. Never got in a WO yesterday. Will have to do today's WO during lunch. Work was better, the girl didn't come in yesterday and probably wont come in today either. Not sure what will happen with her position. She may be facing surgery which will keep her out for 2 months or more. We'll see what the future holds! Maybe I should ask for a raise!

Where has Amelia been? She's usually popping in daily...I think I'll PM her.

Today is going to be a run interval in the morning,then a dogwalk after my DH gets home this afternoon...he started his new job last week! YAY,he's back on first shift! He's actually started a new job and hes training right now! the training process is lengthy though,a whole month of training:confused:!

Ive been doing great on my eating too reguardless of how hectic the last couple of weeks have been! I will WI on saturday!

Hey belinda-my back is about 99% cured today! I think im gonna give it a couple of more days until i use it with heavy weights agian!

Hi Belinda, Steph and Amelia!

Amelia way to go on the weight loss!!! You are doing fantastic! What happened with your job interview? Glad to hear that you are feeling better.

Belinda: I am following the Sept rotation but decided to start with Muscle Max first. ;)
The bike that I am looking at is from NordicTrac. It is a stationary bike with 12 resistance and 20workout programs. It is also iFit compatible and has a heart rate monitor and MP3 plug in. My treadmill was from that company and I am very pleased with the quality. Going to wait till christmas for this one I guess. ;)

Steph: How did you do with MM? I just finished and my arms were shaking while trying to do the ab work! ;) I went up in my weights for this one too! Let's see how the DOMS are tomorrow!
If you are filling in for this girl and doing your job as well, you should get a raise! I hope that she is ok however.

Things went better this morning for everyone getting out on time. So now I can get on with my day much earlier. On to my shower and then to work.

Heidi, glad your morning went better! Sometimes it just takes a few days to get back into the routine. I will do MM at around 11:30...thanks for the *hint* that your arms were shakin'! Gives me something to look forward to! ;)
Yeah, I'm doing both jobs. Makes for an interesting day!

I just finished Boot Camp " Core Only PreMix"! This one is tough! I am still sweating!:D I almost talked myself out again! :mad::mad: Glad I didn't!

Heidi ** I like the NordicTrac bike, we got them in our gym! I am not sure way I don't use them more often? I would love to get one for christmas! :p
I think I will stick with BFL workouts! I lost a lot of weight the last time I did BFL! I also like Debbie's leg rotataion for Sep.!

Belinda, GREAT job on the intense ab workout! Glad you were able to stay focused and not talk yourself out of doing it! I need to check out Debbie's rotation. Sending *hint vibes* to Santa for your bike! ;)

Heidi, finished MM...OUCHIE! I went up in #'s too! You were my motivation, thanks! Now, lets see if you and I can type on here tomorrow! :eek:

Steph, Heidi~High fives on MM you guys...that workout is no joke! I may do it soon! Awesome job on increasing your weights too...thats hard to do on that workout! My job interview went good,but i got a letter stating that i didn't get the job! Im sure there was somebody that was more qualified than me:eek: im scratching my head and trying to figure out HOW to get experience if nobody is willing to give it? I will keep searching, ya know me...i won't give up:D;)

Belinda-Great job with bootcamp! Awesome!

I finished my run interval this morning then did some laundrymax,cleaning out the refridgeratormax, vacumax and lots of other maxes:confused:

I plan on walking the dog later too...you guys have a great day! Bb in the morning!
 
Hang in there Amelia! You can come work with me! :D The commute will be a little long though! Hope you are having a nice evening. Did you get the walk in with the dog and DH? Did you get any rain from the storm? I assume it went west of where you are.
