I am getting us started! I will sign for the new house this morning:D I will do my UB this afternoon! BBL after my workout!

Belinda-Yay on the new house!!! How exciting! and Congratulations on renewing your wedding vowls...how fantastic!!! Im doing UB today too! Awesome job on getting in your workouts over the weekend and dealing with the flood....high fives!

Stepanie-Come on over!!! i will make up some more crystal lite and bring out an extra chair for ya:) The weather has been lovely here...a little humid at times but yesterday there was a breeze that was nice! Im reading a series of books by Debbie Macomber's about a little town she is from called Cedar Grove! If you go to her website and click on the cedar grove series you will see the list of books! Im on the second one out of seven so far and there will be number eight released this month! I LOVE them! Can't put them down and it gives me somthing do do;) What you up too today?

Heidi-I hear ya on the falling asleep after doing laundry...its boring aint it,LOL:p....I did two loads myself and was happy to have them folded and out of the way:D

Today is UB and a dog walk...probably just do my own Ub workout! BBL Im hoping to get in a dogwalk this morning before DH leaves....

Today is UB too. I think I will do GS Chest/Triceps. Well, gotta hit the shower and be out the door in 30 minutes!

Oh man girls...i hate to keep complaing but Im not liking what the scale has been telling me lately:mad: its very frustrating! this morning i got on it and was expecting it to be down since saturdays WI and im up another two lbs...WTH? My period isn't for another two weeks so its not that? Maybe its muscle...lord I hope so because ive been watching everything i eat like a hawk watching my chihuahua;):p

Hi Stephanie & Amelia!

Heidi - the weather certainly was awful yesterday, huh?! Warm, rainy & muggy...ick. DD is doing great in school. She started 3rd grade this year. She couldn't wait to go back. Advanced Algebra? Oh boy. We had a hard time helping DD with her 3rd grade math homework the other night. These days, it feels like you have to back to school just to help your kid with their homework!:confused:

Yesterday I did UB and the second 1/2 of Imax 2. Today is a short HIIT on the bike. I still haven't been able to bring myself to hop on the scale.:eek: I'm thinking about trying to get through the 12 weeks without weighing myself at all, but not sure if that is a good idea or not.

Meals for today:

M#1: 1/2 c egg white scrambled w/one whole egg & 1 slice applesauce banana bread
M#2: apple & string cheese
M#3: 1/4 c crushed pineapple & 1/2 c 2% Fage
M#4: whole wheat tortilla, 1/2 can tuna & veggies
M#5: 6oz grilled salmon, 1/2 sweet potato & steamed veggies
M#6: 1/2 whole wheat flat bread, 2 T hommus, celery sticks & green beans

Okay, Amelia. First off, throw that scale out the window! Secondly, how do your clothes fit? You have been eating right, except for that slip last week, right? Remember, muscle weighs more than fat, so you are right on target! Next, look at your ticker! You are and have been doing so well!

Keep your head held high, look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that you are a beautiful woman. Go over the weeks' goals you want to achieve while looking at yourself. Make yourself a commitment and follow through. YOU CAN DO THIS! :D


 
Hello girls!

Just finished my workout for the day! Wow!!! First a bike workout for 30 min. 5.88miles
Next was Power Hour, I then tacked on the push-up challenge Wk 1 Day 3 42Total
I found doing the push-ups after PH really hard! Next time I will do push-ups first or do them only on my cardio days. :)

Hello Amelia: I agree with everything Steph said. Keep your chin up your doing great!

Hey Melissa: I have to get that gel seat for the bike! You are right about feeling like us parents have to go back to school too! I just don't remember half the stuff I learned in school to be able to help my kids. If you don't use it you lose it right!? :)

I have to get my shower and eat something because I am starving now! I didn't eat breakfast early because I took DD to the train station and then went straight to work.

Melissa: I have to make that bread again! I have been making zucchini breads lately. My garden put a ton of these out this year. My tomatoes didn't fair as well because it was too much rain! :( My DH is really disappointed about this. Some years will be better than others I told him.
