I ended up taking another rest day yesterday:mad: I will try to get a cardio and leg workout in today!

Gayle** watched the DVD’s I picked up from the library, the really didn’t looked that interesting! I need to check out iCycle & Core, #35. I still haven’t downloaded all my new iTreads! I need a iPot, I don’t have enough space on my MP3 player. How did your sleepover go? Hope the boy’s had fun. Give Cathe a BIG HUG from me. You girls will have so much fun, maybe one day I can join you?

Amelia** how do you like your new DVD’s? I wasn’t to impressed with the ones I picked up at the library. Glad the scale is nice to you! I do need to start to log in my cal. with MFP again. I also gained weight!

Sherry** sorry your exhausted from work. Hope things will slow down for you! Keep up with those stretches, glad they are helping!

Heidi** I never got my cardio in yesterday, but I will do an iTread today! DH and I are planning to go to the gym! No excuse! How was your run yesterday? Your are right with the cold thing, Alesia was really sick the last few days. There is something going around. I think it’s a great idea putting a limit on Christmas gifts! People spent way to much on x-mas gifts! You get a few iTreads with $ 25! LOL!:p:D:eek:

Great workout Belinda! The sprint iTreads are some of Grace’s best!

Well, I’m finishing the packing up and getting stuff ready around the house for the boys. We should be leaving around noon or so today (packet pickup ends at 7:00 pm and we want to check into the hotel before we head over there).

If you get bored on Sunday, lol…..you can go to the Marine Corps Marathon website and track runners. My bib number is 13846. I’m hoping the weather is good, the forecast is calling for sun and about 65 degrees which would be perfect.

I don’t remember what I posted for exercise this week so I’ll include my review. Oh, and as I cross the marathon finish line (being optimistic here, lol), I’ll hit my 1000th mile run this year, woohoo! :)

Kathy: Great workouts this week! Have a safe trip and I will be checking in to see how you are doing! Have a great run and I will see you at that finishline!

Belinda: I am not doing all that great this week getting in my workouts. I don't know why...just really busy I guess. Yesterday I cooked most of the day and went to work.
Made beef stew, Steph's No-Brainer Chicken, also 2 loaves of Whole Wheat banana bread. Today I just feel exhausted! It will be raining for the rest of the week here and that will scratch off any outdoor running for sure.
Hang in there...your cold will be gone soon. Great job getting in a workout even though you aren't feeling all that well.

Gayle: Speaking of not feeling well....how are you doing?

Amelia: How is your back these days? Did you get to do your interval yesterday? Between Gayle's iCylcle 35 and Kathy's iTread jogger #35 I am tempted to get these early just to inspire me to get moving again. I have 3 free programs due next month. I better wait though... :)

Steph: How are you doing? I hope that you haven't caught this bug going around too!

Kathy- I will FOR SURE follow your progress tomorrow at MCM! I'm jealous....I really want to do this marathon. Perhaps next year, I'll treat my kids to a BDay week in Washington, where I can also do MCM??? There's a thought! ROCK IT, GIRL! We're on your shoulders rooting you ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!

Long story short? I survived the sleepover, as did all those boys! LOL It was LOUD, and LATE. But it's over. They didn't get to sleep till after 1:30am and they were up early too. I waited till the last one left and I told my kids (and the 1 boys that stayed later) to stay out of the basement for 75 minutes because this momma needed to workout! LOL

CCPP....DONE! I added on an additional challenge that others 'tempted', and did FABULOUS! I felt SOOOOOOOO strong.....this was my best CCPP Saturday EVER! I felt awesome! I logged over 7.3 miles and loved every single second of it.

I'm tired. And I FEEL worked out, and that's a good thing. Older DS is out with a friend and younger DS is at another friend's house.....so.....I'm going to sit down with my book and relax the peace and quiet I have in my house FINALLY!

Hi all!

Finally did a workout! iCycle #2 40min 9miles 12%hill climbs PHEW! That was tough!
Added on abs from PS legs 7min.

Gayle: Glad to hear that you too were able to get in a great workout! I bet you and the boys will sleep well tonight! What book are you reading now? I was looking for a book but haven't found one yet....any suggestions?

What happened to Steph, Michelle and Melissa? I know my schedule has been all over the place lately so I must have missed them along the way. I hope that you all are doing well.

Rest day today. Yesterday was DH's b-day, so a late dinner and such.

Kathy - We'll be cheering for ya!

Belinda - Way to get your workout in! I agree with the limit on holiday gifts. We have so many people to buy for, just with family.

Heidi - Good job getting your workout in. I'll head out for a run tomorrow morning and try out the knee. I'm sure it will be fine.

Gayle - Yeah, you survived the sleepover, got in your workout, so enjoy the quiet!
