Sherry-I'm glad the kitty is doing better. And you're right....the health expenses can hurt too. It's a huge reason I don't get my kids a dog!

As for me.......I'm tired. My legs are FRIED with a very big capital F! Yesterday's BFL LB workout has me stiff and sore, but then I decided to do my long run TODAY instead of tomorrow. Not such a good idea. I hopped on the TM and did an iTread (3, I think....lol) and logged 6 miles. Stopped for a potty break, and started back up with just some music. My legs felt like lead, I don't have any really good running music on my iPod so I kept jumping to the next song, and I just felt all disjointed and out of sorts. I couldn't settle into a good pace and I got a side stitch at about mile 8 that almost made me stop. ALMOST! By mile 10, I had enough. But, I WANTED my 13 miles, so I hopped on the stationary bike and biked 3 miles. Not the same as running, but at least I can say I got in my 13 miles today!

Now, I'm really stiff and will be stretching quite a bit througout the day. Needless to say, I'm taking tomorrow's Rest Day head-on, baby! lol
OH! Just got a call and the scrimmage is cancelled! Now what?!? lol DS is nagging me to go to the flea markets, so maybe we'll do that. He collects baseball cards and he's hoping they have some there.
