DH and I went to the gym this morning! I did iTread 13 plus I worked my legs for Monday on the leg machines! I am not going to be here on Monday, I will go with DH to Kaiserslautern/ Ramstein!

OMG,OMG,OMG....Im doing a happy dance this morning! Im down 3.8 lbs since last week. I think my long,frustrating plateau is FINALLY over!
So,today is my cheat meal,and i will stay around my calorie limit! I have a circuit planned for today,may do C&W agian,or prehaps LIC? I also have those two high step workouts....mmmm decisions,decisions
I woke early and have been busy ever since. I decided to take a rest day today for the reason my legs are SORE big time! MM and iTreads really got me good!

Amelia: NICE JOB!!! Enjoy your workout! I like both of those DVD's. I was scheduled for Max . Int Cardio but my legs are not going to work for that one! I have to get back on track with my eating which has been soso. Having a glass of wine with DH just about every night this past week is not working for my healthy eating.

Just hanging around the house with housework to do and paperwork. DH and I will go to home depot tomorrow for more doors and stuff for the 3rd floor. I am thinking if I get up early enough I might get in BodyMax 2.

Im finished with my workout...yay!~ first I did a thirty minute dogwalk then i did 45minutes of C&W..I just love that workout,LOL! So much fun! I got pooped after the last cardio so i called it quits! But i still had a good workout!
