This morning I will do 4DS "All Upper Body Weights" premix 67 min.:p

My sister from Nuernberg is coming and will stay until Sunday afternoon, sorry no time for details until tomorrow! I will catch up!:eek::eek:

done with my workout! My UB is fried! I did shoulder presses with 20's!

I have to shower and get ready for my sister Manuela and her DH; they will be here very soon! At least they can help us move stuff around, not sure if I mentioned it put my stuff from the US is coming Monday! That means my weight bench is finally here, I can't wait to try it out (the one from Wall Mart) next week!



Need to get my butt moving! Have a great weekend!

It is Sat and I should be sleeping in but can't. Oh well going to have my coffee and head to the cellar for my workout.

Belinda: I am going to join you in 4DS all upper. It sounds like a good one! My ribs/sides are still sore but I can handle it. Warming up first with a cushioned bike ride. ;) This seat cover is great! Glad I got it.
I will copy that recipe into the system today for you all. It is really good! ;)

Gayle: You have had a great summer! Sounds like you really enjoyed yourself. As for your SO...I hope you get time to have that talk soon. How was your cadio this morning? Make it a good one!

Good morning, ladies! The last 2 days of summer....can you belive it??? It's supposed to be a gorgeous weekend here, so I'm planning on lots of yard work and laundry on the washline! LOL

Workout is done! I did iTread 13 sprints, then Core Max on the ball. I used my brand new Cathe stability ball for the first time! But my kids made me bring it back upstairs, because they've been playing balancing games on it! lol

Nothing big planned for today. As I said, I'll be doing laundry. I need to clean out my garden, and maybe cut the grass!

My job will start on the 27th,I called them yesterday and there was nobody there to train me today so she scheduled me for next saturday:rolleyes: I don't mind...got to get some scrubs anyway!

Todays workout is a long powerwalk or a run interval in other words,cardio! and I will do some LB work,the same thing I did last week that gave me major doms the next day!

My WI today was ok,I guess....im the same weight I was on 9/6....not sure whats going on there? Im not worried about it! Ive moved my cheat meal to tuesday,thats when DH is off work. so Tuesday Will also be my official WI day too! Im excited...If i can only see the 170's

right now im down to 182.4! When I started MFP back in the end of august I was around 189....so its working,just very slow..LOL!
