Good morning Belinda, Heidi, and everyone else!
Just back from a 3 mile run/walk. Get this - knee is fine, but now my shin is bothering me. Back to daily stretching. Also picked up the nuts for GS's (thank goodness we didn't buy many) and hit Target on the way home from there. DH is making pancakes (trying to talk him into a new recipe I found for pumpkin protein pancakes - recipe is below), then DD will help me organize the nuts, and we'll get them out of the house today when we meet up with the troop for horseback riding.
We only had about 60 kids, and that's just about what I bought for, so that candy is gone. And the kids traded with their friends so that all of them ended up with mostly the things they like, which means my kids traded away the Reese's peanut butter cups (a particular weakness of mine) so I shouldn't be too tempted from that.
I haven't posted regularly lately 'cause I try to force myself not to post until AFTER my workout, so when the workouts are happening . . . But at least I'm starting off this month right! I think I might do this month's rotation, instead of Fitness Freak's 12 week one, and also because it can be downloaded into the workout manager, which I about to attempt to do. I'll have to modify somewhat since I don't have all of the workouts. I did order the calendar, and can get 20% off my next order, so maybe I'll be able to get a few to give to me for Christmas.
Off to shower and then eat a few pancakes. Hope you all have a great day!
