BFL for Monday,Mar-10-08

Hi Everyone,
Kathy your very welcome. That is a good idea to have a book of all the iTreads, CCs, Runervals/Spinervals. I should do that. Right now I have stickys on all the workouts.

today as BFL Lower Body. I did the one Gayle posted. so far no DOMS and I went heavy. Got to 85 lbs on the squats.

tomorrow is HIIT so hoping I can do it without coughing up a lung.

Gotta Run,
Rhonda

Hey guys. Late post for me. Kids are quiet and I'm enjoying a tall glass of water before digging into meal #6 (apple and string cheese).

Kathy-thank you for your input. I am an endurance athlete, no doubt. I'm built for endurance too! LOL. As much as I LOVE just going out for a run and RUNNING and RUNNING, the pressure does get to me during training. I don't want to give up the 'freedom' of just picking whatever workout I want, yet I WANT to do the Half and do it WELL! I am doing pretty much what you suggested. I'll do HIIT at least 2x a week and may add on some mileage at the end. And then a weekend long run. (or whatever day it fits in). THANKS AGAIN!

Melissa-you and Kathy. LOL I've been following DebbieH's 'plight' with the weight bench and I KNEW she'd cave! HA!

OH!!!!!!!!!! And I'm getting a refund on my tax return this year! I didn't get one last year because I wasn't working in 2006, so this will really help! I'm planning on using SOME of it as part of my trip to Ohio this May to see Lorrie (LSass on the boards) and do the Cleveland Half Marathon as a walker with her and a few other Catheites! The kids and I are making a 5-6 day vacation trip out of it, and they are excited as well! ANYWAY............

Good night. I've got iTread 13 or 19 on tap tomorrow and I'm going to KICK IT OUT!

Gayle
