Good morning girls,

I am still here:D DD left for Texas yesterday, she had a really long fight! Poor thing, just got to El Paso this morning! I miss her already! My cold is kicking my butt since yesterday:( All I did was sleep. I will try to do a leg workout today!

Thanks Stephanie, for the group hug! Hope you had fun with in-laws yesterday! I do have a lot of catching up to do!

Amelia** time with DD went by so fast this week, one week isn’t enough! DD wants to come in December for a month! Thanks for asking about my chest cold! I feel and sound like crap! I went to bed around 6:30 p.m and didn’t wake up until 7:45 a.m this morning! LOL! My nose is all stuffed up, my chest feels better!

Heidi** Thanks for asking; with all that meds that I am taking I will be on my feet in on time! Like I said, my noise is stuffed up and I am very tired! Alesia called this morning ( I took the dogs for a walk), she is home and very tired! Her fight with all those layovers was very long! I did get the current Clean Eating Magazine, I need to check out the Butternut Squash & Potato Curry W/ Brown Basmati Rice! Soup sounds good!

Sherry** congrats on kicking the guys butt on the marathon! Glad you had a fantastic b-day. Nice b-day gifts! Glad you are back, girl! Hang in there, it will get better!

Ok, I do need to get a workout in today!:p
 
Good morning Belinda

Woke up this morning and got in my runners' stretches. The knee feels pretty good this morning. I hope it holds all day. My nephew is planning for us to do the 5K Turkey Trot, so I better get it all together.

Sherry! Hey stranger! We missed you! Did you post yesterday and I missed it? I need to go check. Glad you are back!

I did BFL LB this morning and really don't feel like I get in a good workout. I used Gayle's excel spreadsheets for exercises, thanks Gayle! I think I will stick to Cathe for LB. Any suggestions as to what I may be doing wrong with BFL? UB I have no problems. I used the weighted vest for the first time and I have to say I really liked it! It is almost an extention of your body and you forget you are wearing it. And the best part is I needed to get heavier DB's, but not anymore!

Well, I'm at work so I guess I need to get busy! Hope everyone has a great day!

This morning's workout was PLB. My attention span on the BFL rotation dwindled last week, so I'm throwing in some Cathe. lol

Gotta get some stuff done here!

Morning girls! Im just getting up and its almost 9 am:D well i did wake up at 6 to get dd up and on the school bus then i went back to bed;)

I seem to be suffering from some kind of allergy or cold myself:confused: I leaning more towards a allergy so im off to get some clariton today,hopefully it will make me feel better!

I never did workout yesterday,my whole body was aching and my nose was stuffed up.

Belinda-December isn't far away....only 6 weeks or so, you'll be seeing your DD sooner than you think;) Hopefully you'll be feeling better soon! You still doing MFP? I haven't logged anything since last week,i think it was last wednesday:( just haven't been in the mood to watch what I eat:eek: MY DH said that ive been on a diet too long and im getting sick of it....maybe a break won't hurt, I mean a break from logging-not watching what I eat;)

Gayle-High fives on PLB, my attention span has gone completely from working out:eek: I have to make myself workout lately,im just in a funk I guess?

Stephanie-Great job with your BFL LB workout this morning! Sometimes when i feel like I didn't really 'feel it' I will wake up with duck woddle doms the next day....(raises coffee cup) Here's to duck woddle doms for you;)

Today is a rest day because im still sick and a day of staying out of the kitchen(lol) Im going to try and stick to my meals that im planning for the day...Im just in a funk lately?

Amelia** hope you feel better soon! Same here, Amelia! I haven’t logged in MFP in over a week! Last week I wasn’t watching what I ate, I was eating out a lot with DD! LOL! Enjoy your rest day today!
 
Gayle, I mean I don't feel the burn. I think I use enough weight...maybe I will try doing different exercises and up the weights...but who knows, maybe will have the duck waddle DOMS in the morning.
