My workout for today will be GS legs!

Heidi** give Cardio Kicks a try, I’ll bet you like it! I did had a nice lunch date with DH. You will have the best looking house on the block, once you are finished. It sounds like you still have a lot of work to do! Did you get your run in yesterday?

I don’t mind changing our check-in to:
DO WHAT YOU WANT! JUST GET IT DONE!" I like it! What is the rest of the group think?

Hi Belinda! Have fun with GS Legs! That is my all time favorite leg burner too!
I never did get in that run yesterday! I have Total Body Sculpting on my schedule for today. I might just run however because I just don't feel all that ambitious for weights. ;)

I have so much to do I don't know where to begin!!! HELP!!!

Belinda-I like that title for this thread! Im game! How was GS legs? did you curse out loud:D I sold that one when we were going through hard times....it was a good one! Im sure I will own it agian one day! When is your DD coming back to visit?

Heidi-I know how you feel about not being ambitious to lift weights...its been a while since ive lifted any:confused: Im thinking about purchasing the beginner workouts agian like TBS,basic step and body fusion oh,and low impact step...I liked that tube workout on basic step. I need to start with some easier workouts,lol

ive decided on doing a run interval and then some LB work(i don't use weigths anymore,just alot of squats,lunges plea squats,calve lifts) then Im going to chooe an UB timesavor premix from one of the DVD's and I will do some abb work.

so far this week Ive did this
mon-rest(coming back from vacation)
tues-30 minute walk
wed-30 minute walk
thursday-30minute walk
today-LB + UB, 30 minute run interval,abbs
sat- rest
sunday-circuit

so that will complete a weeks worth of workouts,now if i can just get the eating down agian! I would love to lose about 8lbs before christmas...it could happen,not impossible! Just have to refocus!

Your workouts for this week are a good start back!
My DH is doing all the shopping now because he doesn't think I can handle it. So much for my getting my veggies and fruits in!!! Last night was fried smelts...I like them but they sure as heck mess up my system! I can't handle fried foods!!!
Night before was sausage and sauerkraut. I didn't eat anything.

This morn I had my Sweet potato soup. Later I will have an apple with peanut butter. Dinner...I hope that I can get some sort of salad!!! I just feel sick!

I just went around the 1st and 2nd floor with some sheetrock compound filling in all the holes and dents the carpenters put in the walls. I have to wait for it to dry and then lightly sand or retouch. I plan on washing all the walls and get on some primer in some spots and paint in others.

Amelia: Enjoy your workouts later! Those DVD's are great! I have been alternating between them using Fitness Freaks 12 week rotation. I hope that you can get them back again soon! (Early christmas?)

Off to do some more work.

Hi girls,

I am done with GS legs! That is one tough workout! :pI haven’t done that one in so long, I forgot how good it was! I am hoping for DOMS in my legs tomorrow! I already worked my legs twice this week.

Heidi** Oh, boy! I haven’t done GS legs in so long, I forgot about the burn! I can’t handle fried foods either! Sounds like a workout to me, with all that house fixing! I don’t have Sherry, Kathy, Melissa or Michelle's email? I will change then new title tomorrow!

Amelia** WTG on keeping up with your workouts! Have fun with your workout! NO I didn’t curse out loud during GS legs! LOL! Hope you can get one soon, it’s a good leg burner!
