I was too burred out to check in last night! Today I will do LB!

Good news! DH changed the flight! Doggies are coming!:D Thanks for all your support! I really appreciate it! You girls rock!

I will be back for personals after my workout!

I am done with my LB workout! I love working out on my squat rack, leg curls and leg extension!

BBL! Have to clean my house today before I pay on Cathe Nation all day:p!:mad:
 
Belinda-the good news about DH and the dogs is the beginning of your luck changing!!! Great workout!

I'm enjoying my oatmeal with flax and egg whites as I play for just a few minutes! We hit 3 pages yesterday, gals!! WOOHOO! lol

Workout for me this morning: BFL UB and I'm fried. I'm considering switching it up next week and hitting 2 body parts per day. I'm THINKING something like this:
M: Chest & Tris
T: Cardio HIIT
W: Back & Bis
Th: Cardio HIIT
F: Shoulders & Legs
S: Cardio HIIT
Not sure yet....just toying with some ideas. I'm not sure how to work that....would I do more than one BFL pyramid for each body part? Or just one...which doesn't seem like enough. Any thoughts???

Today: work/school, then a meeting with my Principal concerning some PTA stuff, then the second Blood Drive that I coordinated. We have a 4 day weekend. No school Monday or Tuesday. So I'm looking forward to some nice home time.

Have to do some online shopping once the kids get on the bus. Zach's BDay (8th) is a week from today and Jake's 11th is the 29th. Plus there's Christmas right behind that! LOL

Hey Girls,

Today iam watching my niece while my sister works,im also bringing my kids so wish me luck:confused: Im going to try and get in a dog walk this evening if not I will do another inteval run on the Treadmill....the scale keeps creeping up:mad: Can't have that now;) I haven't been consistant with my workouts or my eating this week so maybe next week will be better!

Belinda-Great News! yay! Great workout too...

Gayle-Have fun shopping! Do you already have an idea of what your getting them?

Gayle, another busy day planned, huh? Hey, I tried your plan of 2 body parts per day...did GS and S&H and found I wasn't working enough so I went back to BFL style. Maybe you can figure something different? If you have enough time, maybe Chest & Back in the am, and Bi's & Tri's in the evening? Let me know what you try...I may copy!

Amelia, have fun babysitting! Good luck! Don't worry about the scale. At least you know what is making it climb so you can do something about it! Today is a brand new day!

Steph-that's what I'm afraid of.....doing a workout and then at the end of the week, feeling like I wasn't working each body part enough! Heck! I hate THIS week because it was only ONE LB workout. lol I've been doing really well by taking it one week at a time. For instance, these past 2 weeks, I committed to 100% BFL workouts, including the HIIT! I think next week, THINK being the key word here, that I will keep with the BFL pyramids for weights, do HIIT 1 time, an iTread once and Saturday kickbox (I like to add KB in on the weeks where UB is only worked once). WEEK BY WEEK! I'm really REALLY focussing on making baby steps. BFL in general (the eating, the workouts, everything) just works SO WELL for me, so I'd like to stay as true to the BFL ways as possible.

Sorry to ramble.

I just got off the phone with my college Volleyball coach. She owns the local racquetball club here and has always given me a free membership in the past, when I've asked for it. Well, I intro'd my kids to racquetball on Labor Day weekend and they LOVED it and have been asking to go. So, I called her up and asked her what I needed to do, and she gave ALL 3 OF US a free membership to her gym. I pay court costs, but the membership is FREE. It includes the weight and cardio room as well. (she has mostly Nautilus brand machines, but what the HECK!!! IT may be good to do that every now and again for a switch.)

MAN! I'm rambling today, aren't I?

Belinda – That’s wonderful news that both dogs will be coming….YAY! I’ll tell you later what my little rascal did this morning.

Gayle – Great workout! Yeah, I go through the same things…wanting to change things up sometimes. I’m rediscovering for the umpteenth time that heavy weights really are what my body type needs. I don’t build muscle very easy and I get flabby REAL fast, ugh. Oh, I want to say thanks for your comment yesterday about MCM, it was so nice of you to even contemplate it…thanks! Wow, super news about the racquet club memberships, it sounds like fun!

Amelia – Have fun babysitting! I’m looking forward to watching my grandbaby next year, I can’t wait! Sometimes you have to go with the flow so don’t let the scale bother you too much. You’ll be back on schedule next week.

Steph – I tried different things since finishing the first round of BFL in March and find it to be the most time efficient, too. I like getting an entire upper body workout done in less than an hour (and hitting muscle fatigue too!)

I took a rest day today and slept in until 7:00 am (DS is off school today). When I was going downstairs I heard DH hollering for me to hurry up and come over that the dog was a mess. He was standing outside of the sliding glass doors in the dining room scratching to come in. Oh my gosh….he had rolled around outside in a puddle of mud and poop! It was so disgusting, lol. I left him pounding on the door and ran upstairs to run some bath water. I had to put the leash on him and drag him upstairs while not letting him touch anything on the way up. I picked him up by the only two clean spots on his body to put him in the bath tub, ick. Then when he was clean I had to scour the bathtub out. UGH! I think I may call that a workout, lol!

Hi girls,

checking in before I go to bed! It is getting late here in Germany!

DH isn’t going to be on the same flight as my DD! Alesia will be flying by herself plus the 2 dogs. I will meet them in Munich on Sunday morning, Alesia’s airplane and my DH airplane should come in almost at the same time! I think their planes are only 10 min. apart! Which isn’t bad? I feel so sorry for Alesia to handle the 2 dogs by herself! Poor thing! I own her big times! Can you believe this; we paid $ 550 to ship the dogs?? Those 2 dogs cost my lot of money! Put they are my babies! LOL!


Gayle** when I work my legs once a week, I add a LB WO with the tubing ( you can do whatever you want to do) to on of the UB workouts. This way I hit my legs at least twice a week! Or do any of Cathe’s leg floor work!


Amelia** hope you enjoyed watching your niece today! Did you have fun with all those kids? LOL! Don’t worry about your weight; I think it’s just water weight! RELAX, girl! You are doing fantastic! Did you get your workout in?

Stephanie** I only cleaned half the house, the other half I will clean tomorrow! My house is to big for one day cleaning, Hope you enjoyed your run today!

Kathy** this morning my LB was less than one hour! I really like BFL, it’s short and sweet! LMAO that your dog! Sounds like what mine would do! LOL! Enjoy your rest day!

Had a busy day again and no workout as of yet.

Just heard from the family again and Carolyn is back in the hospital with an infection. NOT GOOD!

Belinda: I am so glad to hear that your dogs are on their way back soon! Too bad that DH and DD couldn't fly together though. Enjoy your time with DD next week! Just think....you'll be able to finally use your MP3 player for the itreads too!!! ;)

Gayle: Nice job! I too am very confused on what to do for my routine these days. I just can't seem to get to it!!!
My sons, DD and DH have a long weekend and I just know it will not be happening again for another 3 days! If only I had the will to get up at 4am! I don't know how some of you get your workouts in so early! I can't get my heart running that early. ;)
