Good morning girls,

I don't have time for personals this morning! Our basement is flooded! All our stuff is wet! DH and I are waiting for someone to came and look at the wall in the basement, the water is coming through the walls!

Belinda-OMG...how aggravating! I hope there isn't too much damage:( So sorry to hear that:(

Today my DH is training closer to the house so he won't leave for work until around 8am so that means i get in a dog walk:DIm also doing a run interval on the treadmill! I want to do LB but my WI is tommorrow and I know that any weight work will increase my wieght for a bit....bbl

I need to go read yesterday thread...Hey to Heidi.Stephanie and Kathy...I think thats all of our little group here! Hey to anybody I missed!

Belinda, OH NO! :confused: What is causing all this water? Broken water heater or flooding in your area? I hope you are able to salvage all your belongings. Keep us posted. (((HUGS)))

Amelia, enjoy the walk! :D What type of run interval do you do on the treadmill? Are these the pre-programmed ones on the TM or do you do something else? I am getting a little bored with iTreads and CC.

Heidi, your run sounded nice last night! I almost ran into 4 deer on my drive to work yesterday morning. :eek: Saw something out of the corner of my eye, then wham, there they were! They were able to cross the street without being hit. Glad you got to enjoy the beauty of the wild!

Tisha, wow, you are busy! Lots of homework in kindergarten already? Geesh! It appears you have a lot on your plate right now. I hope you are able to re-focus on you and your goals. YOU CAN DO THIS! Way to go on PUB yesterday! Enjoy your day! :)

Kathy, I hope you are having a nice morning. You probably already ran 16 miles, did IMax twice and all of Bootcamp. ;) LOL! Hope your day is less stressful!

Spot and I will be packing up shortly...heading to Hanging Rock State Park with a picnic basket and plans to wade in the water near the falls.

Hi Belinda: Oh No!!! Are you having heavy rains that would have caused this? That is just awful! Just when you thought things were starting to settle down from your trip to Texas. So sorry....I hope your things down there are ok.

Hello Amelia: DH Training...I was lost for a second...you mean for his new job. ;)
Have a great walk with your dog. I think that you are right about that WI and weights. Weird huh? Have a great PW on the treadmill later.

Hello and welcome Tisha! Sorry I missed your intro a couple days back. I hope your DD gets settled into her new routine soon. It is a little confusing for everyone at first. Are you working full-time days on top of this too? What are your plans for your goals? Do you have anyother children? I hope your day goes well.

I just finished my workout:

CC#1 T miles 3
PUB (skipped abs because I have worked them most days this week)

Off to work shortly. Need food! I am starving now!
Other plans....mow the lawn before the rains come in for the weekend!!! It is about 6" high out back!!!

OK, Stephanie...im loading up and coming to that picture:D:eek: How gorgeous! We have a park about 30mins from my house that has a waterfall similar to that but we just never make time to go there...About the run interval...i read it in somekind of magazine,its suppose to boost your metabolism and lord knows I need all the help I can get,LOL I t goes like this:
Walk @ 3.5 for 10mins
then run at 5.0 for one minute
then walk at 3.5 for one minute
continue that for a total of ten minutes
then its back to 3.5 for ten minutes for a total of 30minutes!

Its easy and seems to be over quickly!

Heidi-have fun mowing the lawn later;)....Great workout today! LOl...thats what i meant,my dh in training for his job!

ugh...im starving...gotta scoot! Did I miss a new member...Welcome! I will bbl!
 
Belinda so sorry to hear about the basement.

Steph- that spot is so pretty and looks relaxin, wish I had somewhere close like that to go to.

Heidi- Yes I work full time as an Accountant, No i dont have any other my DD is the only one, I got pregnant right out of high school :( but I packed my daughter off and took her to college with me :) it was a little hard at first but I survived and it made me grow up fast. My plans are to lose aroungs 60 pounds and clean up my eating, I have been eating too much junk and it is causing me to feel like crap. What type of work do you do?

Amelia- that work out looks good, I think I may try it.

Sorry if I missed anyone, I have had a busy day at work, I have dinner with Family at Olive Garden and then me and the girls are going to hang out and go have a drink (my daughter gets to have a sleep over with her grandma tonight).
