BFL Checkin 1/27/05

Morning everyone,

I did 30 minute HIIT on the treadmill

B - 1/2 english muffin w/lf cream cheese, cottage cheese w/yogurt
S - cheese, lf triscuits or balance go mix
L - chicken soup
S - BFL bar
D - leftover BFL chicken burritos and salad

Hope everyone is doing well. Can't believe I am almost 4 weeks done. This weekend is measurement time so hopefully I will see a change.

I know Rhonda. This is my 4th week too.

B: ham, 2pc dry wheat tst, coffee water
S: 3oz turkey breast, ff yogurt
L: ff cottage cheese w/ff yogurt
S: BFL bar
D: chicken breast, baked potato, salad
S: reduced fat trisket crackers w/pb

Exercise: I won't be going to the gym today b/c I am going roller skating with my son's daycare. Should be interesting . . . Tonight I may do PUB since I didn't get it in last night.
