BFL Checkin 1/26/05

Morning everyone,

Today was PUB (except abs) and I was proud of myself with keeping up with Cathe in weights. I matched her for everything except bi's, she does 10-12-15 and I did 8-10-12 and was dying with the 12's. One day I will break through this.

B - 1/2 english muffin w/lf cream cheese, cottage cheese w/yogurt
S - cheese, lf triscuits
L - shrimp w/rice
S - BFL bar
D - BFL chicken burritos (requested by hubby)

He isn't doing BFL but he did a few years ago and this was one of his favorite meals. Made deciding what was for dinner a lot easier when he helps in the decisions. Not sure what we will have with it, maybe a salad.

Morning. Last night I wanted to do PLB and I just couldn't. I am getting sick and I got through the warm up & leg presses and then said no way. I am just so tired. Today I'm hoping to feel better and get in some cardio at the gym (bike) and do PUB tonight. Rhonda, I can match Cathe in everything but chest. I just cannot do chest flies w/20lb dumbells, presses yes but not the flies. Or is it spelled flyes??? flys??? I'm not with it this morning. Took pm cold pills and they are still in my system.

B: turkey burger & oatmeal w/splenda & cinnamon, coffee, water
S: shake & an apple
L: shrimp, angel hair pasta w/tomatoes, pea pods
S: BFL bar
D: no idea
S: ff cottage cheese w/ff yogurt

Good morning. Week is half over. HOORAY!

Isn't that the worst feeling? when you really want to work out but you just don't have it in you? I felt that way last week. I had to lighten all my weights and could barely finish the reps in ME. It was sad...

Anyways... today i hope to do a Step class at the gym, and then MIS.
