BFFMers...help

So I've been reading the ebook and tried to do the zig zag method. Today was day 3 at 1500 calories and I was just ravenous all day and had to give in a little this evening. Unfortunatley I ate some ribs with my soup. They were there and I was starving trying to wait for my next 3 hour meal and I couldn't do it. The lower calories just kill me by day 3 as I feel like I'm starving. I planned to jump back up to 1800 calories tomorrow but just couldn't make it. Any advice...I'm so frustrated.
 
You are probably burning more calories than you think and 1500 may be too low. You should NEVER feel "starving". Granted, your metabolism is probably jacked up.

I say add a a hundred or two calories to your 3 low days and see how it feels and see if you reach your weekly goal. Adjust from there.
