BFFM vs. Abs Diet?

Hi everyone,

I hear a lot of raves here about Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle, and have been thinking about buying it. I was wondering, though, if it's similar enough to the Abs Diet (which I have) that I can forgo buying it?

Has anyone here read both?
