This book talkes about the power of the subconsious mind.
I was wondering if you could relate this to other symtoms or traits other than losing weight such as being tired all the time.
I slept great last night and was awake at 6:30. I am never really refreshed when I wake up. It is now 8:30 and I feel tired.
I am always thinking in my mind that I am so tired. If I tell myself that I am not tired all the time would I change my subconsious and actually not feel tired all the time?
This is only if I am interpreting this part of the book correctly.
Any thoughts?
