Hi Beverly,
I know you're a runner so I'm hoping you can give me a little guidance. I tried a similar post to this last week, but it got scooted down the list too quick.
I'm going to Florida soon and I'll be there for 3 weeks. I can't bring all my equipment, so I'd like to do some running on the beach while I'm there to continue burning fat/calories and to continue progressing with my cardio endurance. (I'm able to do all of Imax2 and Bootcamp now and I don't want to regress at all.)
In years past I have gone down and run 3 miles a day on the beach, but I know that's not a smart way to do it.
So my question is, what would be the best way to implement running while I'm there, knowing that I'm not a runner year round. Should I walk 5 minutes, run 2 minutes, walk 5, run 3?
Can you help?
Thanks!
