I like HSTA better, but love HSC, too. HSTA has more intense cardio (IMO) and lots of leg presses. HSC hits me good, too. Eventually you'll end up with both ;-) ;-) as always happens, but to start, I'd recommend HSTA
I like the unique exercises in HSTA, but I don't like the music or the bazillion leg presses. HSC exercises aren't as unique, but the music is great and I want to pull this workout out and do it. Whereas, there is major dread for HSTA. JMO.
