<---has really been trying to join the ladies of the night but just has a hard time getting it all together
<---figures a Cathe workout after work is more important - no offense :D
<---is shoveling yogurt and mangoes in while typing
<---hopes everyone is doing well and will really try to catch up...
<---had better get moving now... get ready for work, give the dog some attention, fix that mop that's supposed to be hair and then hit the road!

<---wondering what it is like (besides being cold) to hike in snow

<--grumbles along with Heather about laundry.

<--is in pain.x(
<--has SERIOUS stiffness/soreness in neck/shoulder/back on left side.
<--can't turn head or look down properly.
<--says it hurts to yawn.;(
 
<---asks Wendy what in the heck she did to her neck/shoulder/back?
<---expects a good muscle relaxant is in order, or at least some Aleve
<---tells Wendy to take it easy and hopes she gets better soon

<---tells Heather hiking in the snow is FUN, as long as you have the right kind of clothes
<---did that last fall in Canada - snow was not quite knee-deep most of the time... got to slide down a mountain pass on our behinds for aobut 800 feet, oh man was that FUN FUN FUN

<---still has about 20 minutes before leaving

<--- did not sleep for one minute last night...not one
<--- is thrilled to see Shannon and is glad she had fun camping
<--- understands needing to tend to duties and has let some of hers slip in order to post here

<--- is really sorry to hear that TiGGeR is in pain and tells her to put some goop on it....is trying to remember the name of this stuff... is thinking...thinking...it'll come to her...just a minute...BIOFREEZE!!!, and there's another one called Sombra. <--- DH gets them from massage therapist, but you can probably get them at some pharmacies and for sure over the internet
<--- 's brother is having surgery today for a herniated disc in his low back (lumbar area)
<--- is worried aboot her bro because he's a big smoker :-(
<--- is really tired but is probably going to loaf around today
<--- doesn't think she has enough energy to do anything

<--sadly admits that it was hurting a bit yesterday and <--stubbornly did PH anyway so <--may not be so bad today if <--had rested yesterday!x(
<--took 2 motrin and hopes it will help...<--has no alleve or muscle relaxers.
<--says hiking sounds like fun and would love to try it one day but has no one to do it with.:-(
<--LOL's at Shannon's comment about how she'd rather be doing laundry than going to work because <--used to get behind in laundrymax and then use it to justify calling out sick and would actually ENJOY doing laundry and not having to work!:7 :7 :7

<--wonders if maybe M has a teething baby that we don't know about? :p
<--sends prayers for M's brother that he will be JUST FINE!:)
<--thinks M should lay down for a while today.
<--put a bengay type "goop" on last night and it felt wonderful while it was effective but still struggled all night long in pain.
<--says actually DH put "goop" on <--...can't reach entire area <--self.
 
<--- tells TiGGeR she does NOT have a teething baby:eek:
<--- has a SNORING DHx( ;(
<--- tells TiG to try the other goops because they are a leetle better than Gay Ben...er...BenGay. <--- likes the Sombra the best but both work well
<--- would alos take some Ibuprofen around the clock for a couple of days;)

<--- is thinking aboot laying down for a bit

<--knows the pains of a snoring bedmate.:(
<--used to date (and considered marrying!) a BIG snorer!x(
<--used to get out of bed and sleep on any available couch in order to get some rest!
<--would have slept in the BATH TUB if <--had to!
<--needs more coffee and to throw a load of laundry in the wash.
<--wbb in a jiffy!:)

<--- is going to the walk-in medical clinic first thing this morning because the whole left side of <---'s face is very painful and <--- thinks she has a sinus infection
<--- says it even hurt to brush her teeth on that side
<--- just really really really wants to start feeling better:(
<--- doesn't have any idea what to make for her lunch and doesn't much care at this point

<--is glad that Shell is getting herself to a doc as she has been sick long enough.
<--knows nothing about sinus infections but thinks whatever Shelley has needs to be fixed PRONTO!
 
<--- tells Wendy that basically it's when your sinus cavity gets all blocked up and then gets infected because it can't drain - aren't you glad you know that now?:p
<--- says it hurts to touch her face on the left side, especially around her eye, nose and cheekbone
 
<--- just popping back in for a sec and then really needs to lay down before she falls down--lol!
<--- is really sorry to hear aboot Shells face and agrees it sounds like a sinus infection
