I have a girlfriend of mine that is looking to lose about15 pounds, she is an intermediate exerciser, should she go with the IFRM or Cathe? Which do you think produce better results,eventhough calories and clean eating do play a factor.TIA!!!!
As much as we all have come to love Cathe, we need to remember she's not for everyone. Some people (actually most)don't want alot of impact. If she is a comfortable intermediate, Cathe may be too much right now. Let her view a couple of yours before she takes the plunge. That is if you are willing to part with some for awhile. I am selfish with my Cathes.:7
I agree with Fab40 - if she is intermediate, trying Cathe may be too much of a system shock and may scare her away from Cathe altogether. If you want to introduce her to Cathe, have her start with the workouts that are geared toward the intermediate exerciser - High Step Circuit, Basic Step/Body Fusion, etc. Don't start her out on IMAX3 or something like that!
