how great you are! i've been in an exercise and nutrition "funk" for about a week and a half. no motivation, craving comfort food, tired all the time, and generally depressed. i would come here each day and i really wanted to post and ask for advice on how to pull myself out of it. but instead, i would just come here and read the posts everyday, but not post. so today i decided, why post to these great people and ask for their help with something that only i can do for myself, when i can come and post to them that i did it already?? so that's what i did. i spent two hours today kicking my butt back into gear with some stretching, healthy eating and some great kickboxing courtesy of powerstrike.

so THANK YOU, for being inspirational without even realizing it. i hope that i've successfully gotten back on track. i feel good :)

I am so glad you are back on track. It is amazing to me how I can get into a funk and I come here and read about all the workouts that everyone is doing and it is truly inspiring. Every morning I go to the daily check-in and post what workout I will be doing and after reading all of the workouts that people are doing I am so pumped to go do my workout. We all get in a slump, but thanks to the wonderful people here all help each other get back on track.

Way to go Jenn!! I am glad you are back on track. I know for me, this Forum has a way of keeping me focused with the wonderful, funny and knowledgeable people here...:)
